Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-demand periods or limited edition releases, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship from Sweden. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Sweden: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Vinyl & Fragile Items All vinyl records are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. We use reinforced mailers and protective cardboard to ensure your records arrive in perfect condition.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at shop@nerved.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
